Bright Future was set up and is managed by Patricia Weglarz. Patricia is an Occupational Psychologist who specialises in the field of career coaching, training and personal development. Her aim is to enable individuals, whatever their career stage, to achieve their full potential and exceed their expectations; to find and achieve their own 'Bright Future'. Her approach is flexible, empathic and solution focused, drawing on a wealth of experience in the field of career and personal development. She has consulted to a number of blue chip organisations including British Airways and the BBC. Working as an associate to a number of other consultancies she has delivered projects across the recruitment/development spectrum including psychometric profiling, competency analysis, and the design and delivery of management training programmes.

Patricia is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Coaching and Bright Future is run in accordance with their guidelines of good practice.

When appropriate Bright Future works with other carefully selected Associates to deliver expert professional services.
